What will my order be shipped with?

Your orders will be shipped directly to you from our Swiss warehouse with our partners, Swiss Post or DHL.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We process and ship your order within 24 hours. Our parcel service providers will deliver your parcel within two working days. Please note that this is a guideline and delays may occur.

What payment options do you offer?

My Sonic sonic toothbrush does not charge anymore

Please test the cable first. Replace it with a standard cable, e.g. from a cell phone. Please also wash the Sonic handle. There is no harm in washing it under running water. You can do the same with the charging station (unplug it first!). It is also waterproof. After that, when you put the sonic toothbrush on the charging station, is there a light on? If it lights up, then let it charge overnight and then see if the battery has charged. If nothing lights up, then something is really wrong. In this case, you can send us the handle and the charging station so we can check it and take care of a replacement. For returns, please also see point 7.

The power button on my Sonic is stuck

It is often the case that residues of toothpaste collect in the spaces between the button and so the button can no longer be pressed all the way down. Run warm water over the button and dry it carefully. Now try to press the button again. If it does not work right away, please repeat the process 2 to 3 times. Don't worry, the sonic toothbrush is waterproof. If it still doesn't work after that, you can send us the sonic toothbrush (without brush heads and charger) and we will replace it. For returns, see also point 7.

What warranty do I have on my electric toothbrush or oral irrigator?

Is your electric toothbrush or oral irrigator defective but still within the two-year warranty period? edel+white® provides a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to any country in which this device is sold by edel+white® or an authorized dealer.

The following items are not covered by the warranty:

Damage due to improper use.

Normal wear or use, especially of the bristles.

Defects that only insignificantly affect the value or function of the unit.

The warranty is void if repairs are carried out by unauthorized persons or if the housing is opened.

To which address can I send my return?

If you are returning your Sonic sonic toothbrush, please return only the toothbrush and the charging station. Send them to us in a well-padded envelope along with a letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the invoice.
