Delivery and shipping costs
We will process all orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot give a fixed delivery time, as it depends on the time of order and the availability of the products.
All deliveries in Switzerlandf are sent by post. Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Switzerland and only from a minimum order value of 20 CHF. From an order amount of 49 CHF, shipping costs are free of charge.

Terms of payment
We offer the following payment options: Payment by credit card (American Express, Mastercard and VISA), Paypal, prepayment and Klarna invoice. Payment methods depend on different factors. It is not guaranteed that each method of payment is offered with each order. All payments by credit card and Paypal are processed via secure connections on the supplier's servers. We do not store any credit card and/or Paypal data of customers.
